This spot is the future site of a full-scale Chinook-style cedar plankhouse, which will serve as an outdoor classroom for interpreting the rich natural and cultural heritage preserved on the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge. Employing traditional methods, plankhouse construction is set to begin soon!
